Water and Beauty
Water and beauty are inseparable! Drinking a sufficient amount of water each and every day is the best way to keep your beauty from fading.
Most professionals suggest at least 8 glasses of water a day. (That's a
lot!)
Though I have to confess that I personally find it a bit difficult to drink that amount of water throughout the day.
I can confirm that since I've made an effort to drink several glasses of water each day that not only do I feel better but it has improved the appearance of my skin as well as my overall appearance. I look and feel much healthier. (I've even managed to lose some weight too!) So now I'm a firm believer that water and beauty do go hand in hand.
During the dry winter months and the hot summer months I also try to spritz my face on occasion to keep the skin hydrated. (It also feels great when you are having a hot flash!)
