Aging and Changing Skin Needs

Who knew that changing skin can be a rather dramatic (and depressing) result of menopause! My skin seems to change every week. One week it is dry and starts to develop red scaly patches, the next I seem to be dripping in excess moisture. When does it stop? What will the end result be?

I’m trying to be proactive by keeping myself hydrated by drinking what seems to be gallons of water a day to not only help with the hot flashes but for my skin as well. I’ve been moisturizing, exfoliating, toning, and anything else I can think of to keep my skin healthy but any suggestions would be more than welcomed!

Thanks! I’m looking forwarded to learning what other women do to address their changing skin needs as they negotiate through all the trials and tribulations of menopause.

Menopause and Changing Skin

Don't you just hate it! Whatever can be next? I just want to freeze my face in time so that it doesn't collapse into a saggy, baggy, wrinkly, wiggling, jiggling mess.

Age... Harrumph!
